Lacour Jr., 37, from 4855 N. Jefferson Street Apt.# 2 Pulaski for the following:<\/p>\n<p>Assault 3rd, class &#8220;A&#8221; misdemeanor<\/p>\n<p>Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd, a class &#8220;A&#8221; misdemeanor<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class &#8220;A&#8221; misdemeanor<\/p>\n<p>Harrassment 2nd, a violation<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd, a class &#8220;A&#8221; felony<\/p>\n<p>Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine 3rd, a class &#8220;D&#8221; felony<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, Feb. 5 at approximately 2:30 p.m. Troopers were called to the residence for a reported domestic incident with a female.<\/p>\n<p>Autumn M. Lavanchard,\u00a023, same address, was arrested on bench warrants issued in Watertown Town Court.\u00a0 Lavanchard was also charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd degree and one count of Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine in the 3rd degree.<\/p>\n<p>Lavanchard was arraigned at the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Lacour was arraigned at the Town of Richland Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Pulaski, NY \u2013 Feb. 6, 2013)\u00a0State Police in Pulaski arrested\u00a0Eugene J.
