The following local residents are among the 1,329 students who earned Dean’s List honors for the fall 2012 semester at SUNY Oneonta. To qualify for the Dean’s List, undergraduate students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 semester hours or more.<\/p>\n

Area students named to Dean’s List at Paul Smith’s College<\/p>\n
The following area students were named to the Dean’s List at Paul Smith’s College during the fall 2012 semester. Each earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction:<\/p>\n

The College of Saint Rose in Albany announced that the following local residents were among 805 students named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2012 semester:<\/p>\n
Matthew Bonville<\/b>\u00a0of Wampsville, Alyssa Loudon<\/b>\u00a0of Waterville and Kayla Rouse<\/b>\u00a0of Oneida.<\/p>\n
Full-time students who complete a minimum of 12 credit hours and achieve a semester grade-point average of at least 3.5 with no grades of D, F, Incomplete or Pass\/Fail are eligible for inclusion on the Dean’s List.<\/p>\n
Area Students Named to Hartwick College Dean’s List<\/p>\n
The following area students have been named to the fall term Dean’s List at Hartwick:<\/p>\n
Hartwick College senior\u00a0Sean Carpenter<\/b> of Chittenango, son of Stacey and Wayne Carpenter. Carpenter is majoring in music education.<\/p>\n
Inclusion on Hartwick’s Dean List is an indication of excellent academic work, including the completion of a full course load with at least a 3.5 grade point average based on a 4.0 scale.<\/p>\n

Perfect GPA Lands Local Residents on Provost’s List<\/p>\n
The following students were named to the SUNY Oneonta Provost’s List for the fall 2012 semester. Of the more than 5,800 undergraduates enrolled at the college, 106 qualified for the fall 2012 Provost’s List by earning a perfect GPA while carrying a course load of at least 12 semester hours.<\/p>\n

Belanger Receives Degree<\/p>\n
Evan H. Belanger<\/b> of Oneida graduated from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pa. on Dec. 16 during the Commencement Ceremony held at the University’s Athletic and Fitness Center. Belanger graduated with a Doctor of Nursing Practice.<\/p>\n
