(Marcy, NY \u2013 Feb. 7, 2013)\u00a0– On February 6, 2013, the New York State Police BCI in Marcy arrested\u00a0Dwayne McCord, 19, an inmate at Midstate Correctional Facility after he was found to possess dangerous prison contraband, a homemade shank.<\/p>\n
McCord was charged with first-degree Possession of Dangerous Prison Contraband and third-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, both felonies.<\/p>\n
He remains in the custody of the New York State Department of Correction and will be arraigned in the Town of Marcy Court on March 14.<\/p>\n
