{"id":42891,"date":"2013-03-01T18:00:23","date_gmt":"2013-03-01T23:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/?p=42891"},"modified":"2013-02-28T13:52:09","modified_gmt":"2013-02-28T18:52:09","slug":"hunts-winslow-receives-leading-sales-agent-of-the-year-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/?p=42891","title":{"rendered":"Hunt\u2019s Winslow Receives Leading Sales Agent of the Year Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Syracuse, NY \u2013 Feb. 26, 2013) Judy Winslow, a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with the DeWitt branch of HUNT Real Estate ERA, received numerous awards for her achievements in 2012 at the brokerage\u2019s annual awards event on Jan. 23.<\/p>\n<p>Winslow was honored as the Leading Sales Agent for the Syracuse Region, and she also received the USAA Exceptional Service Award for relocation and the company\u2019s Vision Mastery Award, for total usage of the company\u2019s Core Businesses. \u00a0The Leading Sales Agent of the Year award is given to the sales associate who achieved the highest in Gross Closed Commissions or Closed Units in their region, and Winslow took top honors in both categories this year. These outstanding achievements rank Winslow as a leader within the HUNT organization, and recognize her commitment to servicing buyers and sellers with excellence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn all my 25 years in the real estate industry, I have never met a more professional Associate Broker who strives to be the best of the best and adheres to the core principles of HUNT Real Estate, putting new meaning to \u2018Always there for you,\u2019\u201d says Tim Cassavaw, Broker Consultant for the Dewitt branch of HUNT Real Estate ERA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am very proud of this honor.\u00a0 To me, helping people with creative solutions to their real estate needs as they make the biggest financial decisions of their lives and getting them connected in their new community is very rewarding,\u201d said Judy Winslow.<\/p>\n<p>A North Dakota farm girl and former employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Winslow started her real estate career selling commercial properties in New York City in the 1980\u2019s. Her biggest claim to fame was selling an office building on Broadway across the street from where the apple drops on New Year\u2019s Eve for over $80 million.<\/p>\n<p>After moving to Manlius in 1992, Winslow retired from real estate and got very involved with volunteering in the Central New York community and raising her daughter, who has been nominated to the Air Force Academy Class of 2017.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Judy-Winslow.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-42892\" alt=\"Judy Winslow\" src=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/Judy-Winslow-150x150.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Winslow is a Leadership Greater Syracuse graduate, a past president of the Junior League of Syracuse, and has assisted the Syracuse Symphony Association with Fund Development. She is also a past board member for Consortium for Children\u2019s Services, past president of her church, a Girl Scout Troop Leader and has participated in many school activities. Winslow bounded back into real estate in a big way with HUNT Real Estate ERA 3 years ago, specializing in residential properties across all of Central New York.\u00a0 In 2012, she closed 49 deals with production of over $10,000,000.<\/p>\n<p>Winslow has listed and sold properties in 3 counties, Onondaga, Madison and Oswego.
