Wasilewski, 30, of Nelson Street, Cazenovia, was struck by a vehicle while longboarding (<a href=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/?p=40876\" target=\"_blank\">madisoncountycourier.com\/?p=40876<\/a>). He was airlifted to SUNY Upstate Medical University by Onondaga County Air-1 helicopter in critical condition. He remains there in an induced coma, having undergone multiple surgeries to repair many broken ribs and to stop any significant bleeding throughout his operations.<\/p>\n<p>His prognosis is yet undetermined.<\/p>\n<p>His family faces the financial responsibility of paying for medical treatment and other expenses not covered by insurance; family and friends are asking for love and support during this difficult time.<\/p>\n<p>An auction is being held from 4 to 9 p.m. April 13 at Cazenovia Sports Bowl, 3 Carriage Lane, Cazenovia.<\/p>\n<p>Your donation will provide assistance with mounting medical bills and child care for Edward\u2019s 4-year-old son Anthony.
