The charges against\u00a0Barthelmess\u00a0are a result of the on-going investigation of 59 Flint Ave, Little Falls.<\/p>\n<p>Barthelmess was arraigned in the Town of Herkimer Court and was committed to the Herkimer County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p><b>Marcy BCI arrests Old Forge man for Possessing a Forged Instrument<\/b><\/p>\n<p>(Marcy, NY \u2013 May 10, 2013) On May 7 Inv. Brett Vanderlan, SP Marcy BCI, arrested David A. Roberts, 53, of Old Forge and charged him with second-degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument and first-degree Offering a False Instrument for Filing, both felonies.<\/p>\n<p>Roberts, a New York State Corrections Officer, is alleged to have submitted to the personnel office, two Family Medical Leave Act forms which contained a forged doctor\u2019s signature.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in the Town of Marcy Court and was released on his own recognizance. His arrest was the result of a joint investigation initiated by the NYSDOCCS Inspector General\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sauquoit man Arrested for Grand Larceny<\/b><\/p>\n<p>(Marcy, NY \u2013 May 10, 2013)\u00a0On May 9 Trooper Michael Nackley, SP Marcy, arrested\u00a0William C. Eccleston, 28, of 9421 Willow Brook Lane, Sauquoit and charged him with fourth-degree Grand Larceny ( felony) and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument ( misdemeanor).<\/p>\n<p>Eccleston\u00a0is alleged to have stolen in excess of $1,000 worth of jewelry from a residence in Sauquoit. He was also found in possession of a hypodermic instrument at the time of his arrest.<\/p>\n<p>He\u00a0was arraigned in the Town of Bridgewater Court by the Hon. William Massey, and was committed to the Oneida County Jail on $5,000 cash \/ $10,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p><b>Boonville man arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em id=\"__mceDel\"><em id=\"__mceDel\"><\/em><\/em>(Boonville, NY \u2013 May 10, 2013) On May 9 Trooper Joshua Ryczek, SP Remsen, arrested\u00a0Jay C. Nelson, 39, of 210 Main St. in Boonville after an incident that occurred in the Erwin Park located in the Village of Boonville.<\/p>\n<p>Nelson\u00a0is alleged to have harassed and threatened a 14 year old youth.
