These include dependability, (truthfulness, loyalty and punctuality), service (cooperation, courtesy and consideration of others), leadership (personality, self-control and ability to assume responsibility), and patriotism (unselfish interest in family, school, community and nation) to an outstanding degree.<\/p>\n<p>To be considered, each student must submit a transcript of his courses and grades, two recommendations from teachers or other authorative individuals and complete and essay. This year\u2019s topic was \u201cHow are our responsibilities as good citizens changing?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Chittenango High School senior Emily Gibbons, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Gibbons will be receiving this award.<\/p>\n<p>A reception was held in her honor May 9 at the chapter house in Oneida Castle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Regan Earns Place on Dean&#8217;s List at Berklee College of Music<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Berklee College of Music announces that\u00a0Timothy Regan\u00a0of Cazenovia has earned placement on the Dean&#8217;s List for the fall semester of the 2012 academic year. Connor is in the Physics &#8211; BS program in RIT&#8217;s College of Science and is a 2013 graduate of Canastota High School in Canastota.
