Rebres a tugboat model in memory of his grandfather, Richard A. Rebres, who built the boat. Izac is a third grader at South Side Elementary School in Canastota.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Izac\u2019s grandfather was a history buff and model maker of vehicles, airplanes and boats.
