Graham, age 41, from\u00a05504 Iradell Rd. Ithaca on two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class C Felony), one count of first-degree Falsifying Business Records (Class E Felony) and one count of Public Health Law 3304 (which makes it unlawful to dispense a controlled substance except as expressly allowed by this article), unclassified Misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p><em><em><a href=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/heather-graham.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-46940\" alt=\"heather graham\" src=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/heather-graham.jpg\" width=\"226\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/heather-graham.jpg 226w, https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/heather-graham-119x150.jpg 119w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 226px) 100vw, 226px\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Graham, while working for Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown as a travel nurse in the Emergency Department, did on two separate occasions from April 16 to May 10, 2013 dispense Dilaudid (Hydromorphone) from the PYXIS Automated Dispensing Unit without a lawful physicians order.\u00a0 The aggregate weight of dispensed narcotics was .337 ounces, and .27 ounces. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Dawn-harrison.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-46941\" alt=\"Dawn harrison\" src=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Dawn-harrison.jpg\" width=\"226\" height=\"238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Dawn-harrison.jpg 226w, https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Dawn-harrison-142x150.jpg 142w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 226px) 100vw, 226px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>State Police also arrested\u00a0Dawn R. Harrison, age 46, from 97 South Main St. Dolgeville for\u00a0one count of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class A Misdemeanor), one count of first-degree Falsifying Business Records (Class E Felony) and one count of Public Health Law 3304 (which makes it unlawful to dispense a controlled substance except as expressly allowed by this article), unclassified Misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>Harrison, while working for the Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown as a travel nurse in the Emergency Department, did on separate occasions from May 1 to May 8, 2013 dispense Dilaudid (Hydromorphone), Norco, and Tylenol w\/ Codeine from the PYXIS Automated Dispensing Unit without a lawful physicians order.\u00a0 The aggregate weight of dispensed narcotics was less than 1\/8 of an ounce.<\/p>\n<p>Defendants were arraigned in the Village of Adams Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building\u00a0in lieu of $1,000 bail each, pending Grand Jury action.<\/p>\n<p>The State Police were assisted by the State of New York Department of Health, Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Watertown, NY &#8211; June 3, 2013)\u00a0State Police in Watertown arrested\u00a0Heather L.
