Fultz, age 30, from 95131 B Desoto Dr., Fort Drum for one count of second-degree Assault, a class &#8220;D&#8221; felony, and one count of\u00a0 Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class &#8220;A&#8221; misdemeanor. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/KRISTOFFER-FULTZ.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-46987\" alt=\"KRISTOFFER FULTZ\" src=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/KRISTOFFER-FULTZ.jpg\" width=\"226\" height=\"264\" srcset=\"https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/KRISTOFFER-FULTZ.jpg 226w, https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/KRISTOFFER-FULTZ-128x150.jpg 128w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 226px) 100vw, 226px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fultz is charged with causing physical injury to a 2 month old infant.\u00a0 The victim had a broken arm and two broken ribs.\u00a0 The incident occurred at the residence on Fort Drum on Thursday, May 30.<\/p>\n<p>The child is\u00a0receiving medical care at the Golisano Childrens Hospital in Syracuse.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant was arraigned in the Town of Leray Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $20,000 bail.<br \/>\nThe State Police were assisted in this investigation by Jefferson County Child Protective Services and Fort Drum CID.\u00a0 Fultz is not a soldier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Watertown, NY &#8211; June 4, 2013)\u00a0 State Police in Watertown arrested\u00a0Kristoffer L.
