Fanning, 32, of \u00a0434 Falls Road,\u00a0 Richland.<\/p>\n<p>Fanning, who is a RN in the Emergency Department of Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown was charged with one count of first-degree Falsifying Business Records (Class E Felony) and one count of Unlawful Distribution of\u00a0a Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor).\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/state-police-seal-150x150.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-35832\" alt=\"state-police-seal-150x150\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/state-police-seal-150x150.jpg?resize=150%2C150\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Fanning is alleged to have had several controlled substance withdrawals, administration and wasting discrepancies between December of 2012 and April of 2013.<\/p>\n<p>He was processed at SP Watertown, issued an appearance ticket returnable in the City of Watertown, and released.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Watertown, NY June 6,\u00a02013) On June 6 the New York State Police in Watertown assisted New York State Department of Health, Narcotics Division with the arrest of Carson F.
