Shea, age 52, from 1030 Arsenal St., Watertown for three counts of first-degree Falsifying Business Records (class &#8220;E&#8221; felony) and three counts of Unlawfully Dispensing a Controlled Substance in violation of section 3304(1) of the Public Health Law (unclassified misdemeanor).<\/p>\n<p>The charges stem from an investigation into a January 2013 incident involving Shea illegally dispensing dosages of\u00a0hydrocodone and oxycodone from the Samaritan Medical Center PYXIS system.<\/p>\n<p>Shea was arraigned in the Town of Le Ray Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety building on $1,500 bail.<a href=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/patricia-shea.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-47142\" alt=\"patricia shea\" src=\"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/patricia-shea.jpg\" width=\"226\" height=\"283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/patricia-shea.jpg 226w, https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/patricia-shea-119x150.jpg 119w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 226px) 100vw, 226px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Alexandria Bay, NY &#8211; June 6, 2013)\u00a0-On June 5 State Police in Alexandria Bay arrested\u00a0Patricia A.
