Hershberger\u00a0was operating his horse and buggy south on Peck Road when it was struck from the rear by a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier, driven by Priscilla L. Janack, age 28, from 1660 County Route 2 in Richland causing the occupants of the buggy to be ejected.<\/p>\n<p>Two passengers in the buggy,\u00a0Saloma L.
