To be named to the Dean&#8217;s List, students must obtain a minimum 3.4 GPA and carry at least 12 credits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Local Residents Receive &#8216;Best and Brightest&#8217; Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following local residents were among 59 SUNY Oneonta undergraduate students honored as recipients of the college&#8217;s 2012-2013 Best and Brightest awards at the college&#8217;s annual Students of Distinction reception on\u00a0May 8.<\/p>\n<p>Scott Burlison a Professional Accounting major from Sherburne<\/p>\n<p>Megan Record a Chemistry major from Earlville<\/p>\n<p>The awards recognize students who demonstrate outstanding academic engagement, co-curricular engagement, and service to the college and\/or local community.
