Arnold, 23, of 821 State Route 176, Fulton for the following charges:<br \/>\nFirst-degree Criminal Sexual Act &#8211; Class B Felony<br \/>\nEndangering the Welfare of a Child &#8211; Class A Misdemeanor<\/p>\n<p>The arrest was the result\u00a0of an\u00a0incident that occurred on July 24 in the Town of Granby; where Arnold was alleged to have had forcible anal sex with a 13 year old juvenile.
