Chaires, from 2949 Tag Road in Canastota, NY for Rape in the first degree, a class &#8220;B&#8221; felony.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Chaires was charged after an investigation into his conduct with a female under the age of eleven that occurred in the Town of Lenox, Madison County.\u00a0 Chaires was arraigned in the Town of Lenox Court and held without bail.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation is continuing, anyone with information about this case is asked to contact Investigator\u00a0 Andrew Wilmot at 315-366-6043.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Oneida, NY &#8211; August 9, 2013) &#8211; State Police in Oneida arrested 32 year-old, Kenneth R.
