He is to appear Aug. 16<\/p>\n<p>Jeffery S. Wilson, 48, of W. Hamilton Avenue, Sherrill was charged Aug. 9 with tourht-degree Grand Larceny, a class E Felony and two counts of Petit Larceny. Wilson was charged following investigation into thefts at the Oneida Elks Lodge. He is to appear Aug. 16.<\/p>\n<p>Melissa F. Ostrander ,30, of New Boston Road, Chittenango and Stephanie L Britton, 28, of New Boston Road, Chittenango were charged Aug. 10 with Disorderly Conduct. They are to appear Aug. 16.<\/p>\n<p>Michael A. Janse, 32, no address available, was charged Aug. 9 with Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol in Public. He is to appear Aug. 16.<\/p>\n<p>Jeremy M. Blowers, 28, of Phelps Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 12 with Tampering with Evidence, a class E Felony, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Resisting Arrest. He is to appear in court Aug. 16.<\/p>\n<p>A 15 year old was charged on Aug. 8 with second-degree Assault, a class D Felony. He is alleged to have assaulted a 14 year old male with a hammer causing injuries to the victim consisting of cuts, swelling and bruising.
