Self-nomination and employee nominations are encouraged. To be considered, the entity must have demonstrated the core qualities of Scouting: citizenship and caring, leadership, self-sufficiency, and the ability to overcome obstacles.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations are due by\u00a0September 30th.
