Emmons, 25, of Farrier Avenue, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Sept. 24 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 8 to answer unanswered parking tickets.<\/p>\n<p>Cory B. Bickom, 39, of W. Seneca Street, Sherrill was arrested Sept. 24 on charges of Driving while Intoxicated and Operating with a BAC of .08 of one percent or more of alcohol. He is to appear Sept. 27.<\/p>\n<p>Jennifer M. Williams, 32, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Sept. 24 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 4 to answer charges of; second-degree Criminal Trespass, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and second-degree Harassment.
