Kelsey Jensen and Meredith Gibson added assists and Amanda DiDomizio had five saves in the loss.<\/p>\n<p>Cornell (5-5) scored all three of its goals in the second half to earn the win. Katy Weeks had two of the three goals, including the gamewinner. Elly Plappert had four points in the game with a goal and two assists. Elizabeth Schaeffler got the win with two saves.<\/p>\n<p>Biggar put the Raiders on the board with seven minutes left in the first half on Colgate\u2019s fourth penalty corner of the game. Libutti stick-stopped the ball down and Jensen connected with a hard shot that went towards the near post and Biggar was there to tip it home for the 1-0 lead after inserting on the corner.<\/p>\n<p>Cornell tied the game a minute into the second half with a score on its first penalty corner of the game. Plappert was in the path of Marisa Seirgiej shot and tipped it up high and over DiDomizio and into the back of the net to tie the game at 1-1.<\/p>\n<p>Biggar was able to answer for the Raiders to regain the lead for Colgate at 2-1. After Jensen had her shot blocked on a penalty corner try, the senior slid the ball over to Gibson on the left side. Gibson put a shot on net that Biggar tipped by the Cornell goalie for the 2-1 advantage.<\/p>\n<p>Weeks got the Big Red back in the game with the first of her two goals on the day with a deflection in front that got by DiDomizio to tie the game at 2-2. Plappert had the first of her two assists as well.<\/p>\n<p>Cornell earned its first lead and the final advantage of the game with 18 minutes left in the game at 3-2. There was a quick restart and Plappert made DiDomizio commit to a shot, but she slid the ball over to Weeks and put it inside the near post for the win.<\/p>\n<p>The Big Red won the shot advantage at 20-10 and also had nine penalty corners, all in the second half.
