Five other Raider players registered two shots throughout the game. Freshman\u00a0Ricky Brown\u00a0made some phenomenal saves, notching six in total to match a career-high.<\/p>\n<p>Army (8-1-1, 3-0 PL) received its unassisted goal by Sean\u00a0Mogan\u00a0off a set piece. WinstonBoldt\u00a0played all 90 minutes in net for the Black Knights, earning five saves throughout the game.<\/p>\n<p>Tanner Schilling\u00a0opened the game firing a shot on goal just 16 seconds in. His shot sailed wide but gave the Raiders&#8217; their first good chance on net.<\/p>\n<p>At the 10-minute mark, Army&#8217;s Cody\u00a0Guerry\u00a0had a shot on goal from just outside the 18-yard box but Brown was there to make a great grab, stopping a potential goal.<\/p>\n<p>Three minutes later, Brown made another incredible stop on Army&#8217;s Tanner\u00a0Vosvick.<\/p>\n<p>Colgate answered with an opportunity of its own on a free kick.\u00a0Ethan\u00a0Kutler\u00a0curled the set piece from 20 yards out towards goal. His well-placed attempt skimmed the top corner of the goal, sailing out of bounds but giving the Raiders another great chance on net.<\/p>\n<p>Just before halftime Schilling got taken down, awarding the Raiders a free kick.\u00a0Barrett Metzger\u00a0played the ball into the box, finding the head of\u00a0Geinda\u00a0Smith. The rookie&#8217;s flick on net was just saved by\u00a0Boldt, however.<\/p>\n<p>Less than two minutes into the second 45 minutes, Army tallied the eventual game-winner off a free kick just outside the right corner of the box.\u00a0Mogan&#8217;s\u00a0strike sailed into the upper left hand corner of the net, lifting the Black Knights&#8217; 1-0 over the Raiders.<\/p>\n<p>Brown stepped up big for the Raiders again when he made a brilliant save on a\u00a0Guerrybreakaway. Colgate was able to clear away the rebound before any damage could be done.<\/p>\n<p>The Raiders earned a corner kick with 31 minutes remaining in the game.\u00a0Kutler\u00a0sent the corner to the foot of Schilling just outside the top of the box. He saw an opening on goal and riffled a shot, but it sailed wide right of the goal.<\/p>\n<p>Rookie\u00a0Zach\u00a0Pagani\u00a0gave the Raiders a good chance on net when he beat the goalie deep in the box, after\u00a0Boldt\u00a0came out to make a save.\u00a0Pagani\u00a0shot back towards net but Army cleared it away before it could cross the\u00a0goalline.<\/p>\n<p>The Raiders stayed on the attack midway through the second half. Army collected the ball off a Colgate throw and kicked it out, fortunately finding the foot of\u00a0Rizzo. The sophomore one-timed it on net, but\u00a0Boldt\u00a0made an impressive save, keeping his shutout alive.<\/p>\n<p>Brown added to Colgate&#8217;s offensive pressure when he sent a free kick into the box. His driven ball was played perfectly to the head of Smith, who flicked it back towards goal.\u00a0Dan Matthews&#8217; tried side volleying it from five yards out but\u00a0Boldt\u00a0just got his fingers on it to push the ball out from a corner.<\/p>\n<p>Army quickly countered with an opportunity of its own.\u00a0Mogan\u00a0played the ball over to Christian Clark, who headed it on frame. Brown&#8217;s reaction to the shot was incredible as he palmed it over the crossbar, saving a scoring chance.<\/p>\n<p>The Raiders were still trying to break through in the final minutes of play when Brown played a free kick at center field. The cross into the box, was grabbed out of the air by\u00a0Boldt, stopping any Raiders&#8217; chance.<\/p>\n<p>With 10 seconds remaining in the game,\u00a0Metzger\u00a0sent a throw in into the box.
