Lyman, age 18, was operating a 1998 Ford pickup truck on Valley Mills Road when he stopped at the intersection of Middle Road. Lyman stated his foot slipped off the brake and hit the accelerator causing the pickup to enter the intersection.<\/p>\n<p>A 2004 Honda CRV, driven by\u00a0Walter J. Boronow, age 51,\u00a0was southbound on Middle Road\u00a0and unable to avoid the collision, struck Lyman on the passenger\u2019s side door, which caused Lyman&#8217;s\u00a0truck to strike a\u00a02005 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by\u00a0James A. Bean, age 50, from Oneida on the driver&#8217;s side door.<\/p>\n<p>The following were reported injured in the crash and were transported for non-life threatening injuries<\/p>\n<p>Samuel Lyman, age 18<\/p>\n<p>Walt J. Boronow, age 51<\/p>\n<p>Serene E. Boronow, female age 14<\/p>\n<p>Marlene J.
