Andrews Elementary Building and has been working with Morrisville-Eaton students since 1994.<\/p>\n<p>During these past two decades Phillips has been a teacher mentor for more than a half-dozen teachers, a grade-level team leader, the elementary lead teacher, a member of the team that put together the Writers Jubilee (which won Genesis recognition as a program of distinction last year), a turn-key trainer for the teacher center and a faculty member of the R.
