Topics such as leadership, technology, parliamentary procedure, business communications, and others, were presented to the nearly 2,000 members attending from throughout the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Canastota members, Paul Gregoris and Hafeezah Lewis competed in the Battle of the Chapters competition vs. other New York State FBLA members.\u00a0 Paul finished in first place and Hafeezah finished second.<\/p>\n<p>While in Cleveland, the Canastota members toured the area including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.<\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth Garofalo, club adviser, accompanied the members to the conference.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pictured from left are Olivia Palamara, Jacob Smith, Hafeezah Lewis, Kelly Mason, Julia DiVeronica, Paul Gregoris, Mrs. Garofalo and Lindsey Smith.
