Roberts\u00a0of Barneveld for driving while intoxicated after he failed to keep right.<\/p>\n<p>Roberts was traveling on Route 365 eastbound in a 2013 Chevrolet S10 with his high beams activated when he crossed into the westbound lane\u00a0causing a trooper who was traveling westbound to swerve towards the shoulder of the roadway to avoid a collision.\u00a0 The trooper initiated a Vehicle and Traffic stop.<\/p>\n<p>An odor of alcohol was detected and Roberts was given Standardized Field Sobriety\u00a0test which he failed.\u00a0\u00a0An open can of alcohol was found in the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Roberts\u00a0was arrested where he refused any further tests.\u00a0 He was issued UTT&#8217;s for DWI, Failed to dim headlights, Refusal\u00a0of a breath screening test, Consumption of alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, and Failed to keep right.<\/p>\n<p>Roberts was arraigned in the Town of\u00a0Trenton court and committed to Oneida County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Trenton, NY \u2013\u00a0Dec. 27, 2013)\u00a0\u00a0State Police in Remsen arrested 38 year old Correy S.
