{"id":52682,"date":"2013-12-30T18:04:09","date_gmt":"2013-12-30T23:04:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/?p=52682"},"modified":"2013-12-30T18:04:09","modified_gmt":"2013-12-30T23:04:09","slug":"couple-arrested-on-meth-charges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/madisoncountycourier.com\/?p=52682","title":{"rendered":"Couple Arrested on Meth Charges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/christina-peach.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-52683\" alt=\"christina peach\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/christina-peach.jpg?resize=226%2C283\" width=\"226\" height=\"283\" \/><\/a>(Pulaski, NY \u2013 Dec&gt; 30, 2013)\u00a0 On Dec. 23, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) along with BCI and uniform\u00a0members from SP Pulaski, concluded a four month investigation with the execution of a search warrant at 6 White Pines Drive in the Town of Sandy Creek.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the search warrant the following people were taken into custody on the following charges:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/William-Mcdowell.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-52684\" alt=\"William Mcdowell\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/madisoncountycourier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/William-Mcdowell.jpg?resize=226%2C283\" width=\"226\" height=\"283\" \/><\/a>William C McDowell, age 42, from 6 White Pines Drive, Sandy Creek<\/p>\n<p>Christina M Peach, age 35, 6 White Pines Drive, Sandy Creek<\/p>\n<p>Both were charged with one count of second-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (class A-II felony), third-degree Unlawful Manufacturing of methamphetamine (Class D Felony) and one count of Endangering the welfare of a child (class A Misdemeanor).<\/p>\n<p>Both subjects were arraigned in the Town of Sandy Creek Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail without bail.<\/p>\n<p>Two young children were inside the residence where methamphetamine was being manufactured.<\/p>\n<p>Oswego County Child Protective services is assisting in the investigation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Pulaski, NY \u2013 Dec&gt; 30, 2013)\u00a0 On Dec. 23, the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) along with BCI and uniform\u00a0members from SP Pulaski, concluded a four month investigation with the execution of a search warrant at 6 White Pines Drive in the Town of Sandy Creek.
