As part of the initiative\u00a017 establishments serving or selling alcohol within this area were checked for their compliance with the laws of the State of New York, relative to prohibiting sales of alcohol to persons under the age of twenty-one.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the operation the following was charged with one count of first-degree Unlawfully Dealing with a Child\u00a0and Prohibited Sale of\u00a0an Alcoholic\u00a0Beverage\u00a0under the Alcohol Beverage Control law:<\/p>\n<p>Rhonda J.
