Of the total, the OPL\u2019s Special Library District tax levy will be $334,110.<\/p>\n<p>Dieso, who received 345 votes, will fill out the term of retired board member Eileen Kinsella for one year. Rick Kinsella, tallying 341 votes, will serve a full five-year term.
