Co. (Mad Cow\u2014get it!?).\u00a0 But it isn\u2019t all about the cows.<\/p>\n<p>In Your Pace Running Club is an informal group of friends consisting of fun-loving and charitable recreational runners of all ages, sizes and athletic abilities.\u00a0 The bighearted group will donate race proceeds to Community Action Partnership, a local non-profit that helps individuals and families in Madison County become and remain self-sufficient.\u00a0 Last year, the event raised $3,000 for CAP.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a fun race and a good way to support local charities.\u201d Said Dick Benner from In Your Pace Running Club.<\/p>\n<p>With a lucky runner drawing, raffle drawing and awards to top male and female finishers by age group, the event will be a good time for a good cause.\u00a0 Just watch your step\u2014the Holsteins are still here!<\/p>\n<p>The race starts at 9 a.m. from the town of Nelson offices, one quarter mile north of Route 20 on Nelson Road.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-registration must be received by July 22\u00a0($15 under 17 years, $20 adult).\u00a0 Entry forms and waivers are available at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inyourpace.org\" target=\"_blank\">www.inyourpace.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">org<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and online registration available at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.getentered.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.GetEntered.com<\/a>.
