Pensabene, age 48, from 112 Roberts Road in the Town of Camillus was arrested July 21 and charged with the following:<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Sex Act 3rd degree,\u00a0a class &#8220;E&#8221; felony<\/p>\n<p>Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd degree, a class &#8220;A&#8221; misdemeanor<\/p>\n<p>Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class &#8220;A&#8221; misdemeanor<\/p>\n<p>Harassment 2nd degree, a violation<\/p>\n<p>Pensabene is accused of having sexual contact with a 16 year-old male from July 14\u00a0to July 20 in the Town of Newport, Herkimer County.\u00a0 He was arraigned in the Town of Newport and remanded to the Herkimer County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash\/$10,000 bond.\u00a0 Pensabene is scheduled to appear in the Town of Newport Court on Aug. 19 at 4 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Pensabene is the owner of a local landscaping company.\u00a0 Investigators believe there may be more victims in the Onondaga County area.<\/p>\n<p>If anyone has information about Andrew Pensabene, they are asked to contact State Police at (315) 366-6000.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Herkimer, NY &#8211; July 21, 2014)\u00a0State Police announce the arrest of\u00a0Andrew J.
