"1280px-Official_program_-_Woman_suffrage_procession_March_3,_1913_-_crop" The “Legacies of Equality” program will honor the intersectional histories that led to the triumphant passage of the 19th Amendment, as well as to 20th- and 21st-century struggles toward greater racial, class, gender, and sexual equality. Through a set of powerful performances–speeches, songs, and spoken word poetry– the program offers insight into the realities of women’s equality today and imagines the legacies of equality and freedom that we might leave to future generations.

The public is encouraged to join in this annual observance of Equality Day.
