We should be able to choose between two good people for every office; we hope we generally agree more with the positions of one over the other.<\/p>\n<p>This year only the incumbent is on the Congressman line. You can make another choice.<\/p>\n<p>With the new paper ballots it\u2019s easy. The bottom line says \u201cWrite In.\u201d Just write in Robert Mann in the proper space.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Mann from Oneida is a write-in candidate for Congress. He would defend affordable health care, a clean environment, and other progressive policies and stand up to the obstructionist coalition that dominates the House.<\/p>\n<p>Put his name on a slip of paper and put it in your pocket so you won\u2019t forget on Election<\/p>\n<p>Day: Robert Mann.<\/p>\n<p>Madison County has been bounced around among congressional districts centered in Syracuse, Binghamton, the North Country and again, Utica.
