Every couple months Knox Nutrition &amp; Chiropractic Care\u2019s staff does a different promotion to give back to their community or give back to their patients, as a thank you.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In the past they have raised money for the Wanderer\u2019s Rest Humane Association of Canastota, given a $50 gift card toward back to school purchases and had a school supply drive to benefit The Opportunity Shop of Canastota.<\/p>\n<p>During the month of November, one of the ways to earn raffle tickets was to send a holiday greeting card to military servicemen and women. The staff along with patients wrote out more than 50 cards and sent them to the Red Cross to be distributed to those serving in the military.<\/p>\n<p>The patient who won the promotion and was able to give the Verona Food Bank a $337 check in her name was Peggy Berndt of Verona.
