His passionate and fiery comportment made him a \u201cmischief-maker\u201d and gave him the unwelcomed label of \u201cDamned Painter\u201d (Pittore Maledetto).\u00a0 He was the prototype of the artistic genius that lives his life to the extreme.<\/p>\n<p>But his art transcends his outlandish temperament by donating us introspective, fresh, and profound symbols.
