Artist and teacher Carol Cotten returns with spring to lead a free watercolor workshop for adults with experience in the medium. The free workshop goes for five, two-hour sessions from April 22 to May 20. Participants need to provide their own art supplies and pre-register at the OPL circulation desk. The workshop is limited to 20 participants.<\/p>\n
