In addition, Deb Marshall, a self advocate and a member of the Madison County Motivators will be giving the keynote address.<\/p>\n<p>Invited guest speaker will be Steven Kroll, Executive Director of NYSARC, Inc., the largest nonprofit organization of its kind supporting individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families. The Arc of Madison Cortland is a chapter member of NYSARC, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>Ashley Tyler is a local artist who donated an original oil painting, titled Hummingbirds, to The Arc of Madison Cortland, which will be raffled off at the dinner. Tickets may be purchased for the painting raffle at $5 each or 5 for $20 and are available at The Arc of Madison Cortland, 701 Lenox Ave., Oneida.
