The segment will link the state\u2019s Old Erie Canal Towpath Trail to Oneida at N. Willow Street.\u00a0 This section was awarded under the TEP funding.<\/p>\n<p>The 0.8 trail segment picks up at N. Willow Street continuing along the NY Central Railbed and traverses into the heart of downtown Oneida ending at N. Lake Street.\u00a0 This highly visible section of the ORT has proposed improvements including complete street design concepts.\u00a0 Design features include a protected bike lane with bump outs, pedestrian plaza, street trees and energy efficient lighting.
