\"Walk<\/a>(Chittenango, NY \u2013 June 2015) \u00a0Make-A-Wish Central New York\u2019s second annual \u201cWalk on the Wild Side\u201d event honoring the Heitkamp family on July 17 from 5:30 pm-8:30 p.m. at the Wild Animal Park in Chittenango will have a raffle for prizes, with the Grand Prize being valued at $1,500.<\/p>\n

The Grand Prize for this $10 raffle is a Foursome of Golf at the Atunyote Golf Club, Turning Stone; One-Night Accommodations for Four; $100 Dining Voucher; and Two $100 Gift Certificates to Skana Spa. Second prize is a 16GB Apple iPad Mini Wifi Model A1432, which has a $250 value. Third Prize is a 26\u201d Navy Blue Men\u2019s Mongoose Dolomite All-Terrain Fat-Tire Mountain Bike, a $215 value.<\/p>\n

Tickets can be purchased at Gary\u2019s Auto,7102 Fly Rd, E. Syracuse; Hiawatha Fasteners at 6312 E. Taft Road in North Syracuse; or at Make-A-Wish Central New York, 5005 Campuswood Drive in East Syracuse. The drawing for the raffle will be at 7 p.m. at the \u201cWalk on the Wild Side\u201d event, and the winner need not be present to win.<\/p>\n

Tickets to \u201cWalk on the Wild Side\u201dinclude access to the Wild Animal Park, shows and demonstrations, a welcome backpack with goodies, dinner for ages 3+, a safari game card with prize drawings, games, food stands, and emcee, Amy from 93Q.<\/p>\n

Make-A-Wish Central New York is a nonprofit organization dedicated to granting the special wishes of children, between the ages of 2 \u00bd and 18, who are living with life-threatening medical conditions. Since its inception in 1985Make-A-Wish Central New York has granted more than 1,500 wishes. This year marks the chapter\u2019s 30th year of wish granting in its 15-county footprint, which includes Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, St. Lawrence, Tioga and Tompkins counties.<\/p>\n
