Bouyea, 45, of W. Railroad Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 11 with second-degree Criminal Trespass and fourth-degree Criminal Mischief. He is alleged to have intentionally kicked in and damaged an apartment door and to have entered and remained unlawfully in another person\u2019s apartment.<\/p>\n<p>Butch L. Kenyon, 35, of W. Railroad Street, Oneida was arrested Aug. 13 on charges of; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Forcible Touching and second-degree Harassment. Kenyon is alleged to have applied pressure to the throat and neck of a 15 year old causing the victims breathing to be impaired and momentarily lose consciousness, he is also alleged to have forcibly grabbed the victim\u2019s private area.
