Delaney, 33, of Lake Street, Oneida were issued criminal summonses Sept. 12 to answer a charge of second-degree Harassment.<\/p>\n<p>Shawn M. Thurston, 19, of Genesee Street, Oneida was charged Sept. 14 with Petit Larceny.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel C. Carroll, 29, no address available was charged Sept. 15 with Petit Larceny.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew R. Eastman Jr., 28, of Beaver Meadow Road, Vernon was charged Sept. 14 with second-degree Criminal Contempt.<\/p>\n<p>Kayla M. Meade, 23, of Cook Road, Blossvale was arrested Sept. 14 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on charges of two counts of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.<\/p>\n<p>Zoquoya I.
