Judge Patrick O’Sullivan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Congressman Richard Hanna announced this week his endorsement of Republican Patrick O\u2019Sullivan for Madison County Court Judge. O\u2019Sullivan is also running on the Independence and Reform Party lines. He earned the Republican line after winning the Primary Election last month.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cJudge O\u2019Sullivan has the best combination of experience to handle the difficult cases that come before the Madison County Court,\u201d said Congressman Hanna. \u201cPatrick\u2019s 14 years of judicial experience, along with his time as a defense attorney, prosecuting attorney and educator, give him an unmatched skillset that will serve the citizens of our community well.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an honor to receive Congressman Hanna\u2019s support,\u201d said O\u2019Sullivan. \u201cHe understands that our next Madison County Judge will have an important and dramatic effect on the lives of citizens in Madison County. We need to ensure the best-qualified and most experienced candidate serves in this critical role. I\u2019m respectfully asking the voters to entrust me with that duty on November 3<\/span><\/span><\/span>rd<\/span><\/sup>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

O\u2019Sullivan has been town judge in Nelson for 10 years, and village judge in Cazenovia for the past four years. For 22 years, he has served as a trial attorney, litigating civil and criminal matters across all of Upstate New York. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at the Syracuse University College of Law and in the Criminal Justice Department at Morrisville State College.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>My wife of 27 years, Susan, and I have made Madison County our home and raised our three children here because we love this community,\u201d O\u2019Sullivan said. \u201cI want to do my part to keep it a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family. That\u2019s why I\u2019m running for Madison County Judge.<\/span>\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

O\u2019Sullivan is a graduate of the Western Michigan University<\/span> Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Juris Doctor), Iona College (Master of Science) and Daemen College (Bachelor of Science).
