Albanese, 33, of Phelps St. Oneida was issued a criminal summons Nov. 13 on a charge of Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Red Apple.<\/p>\n<p>Olivaro B. Maes, 36, no address available was arrested Nov. 16 on charges of second-degree Menacing and fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon. Hazard, 54 of, Madison St., Oneida on two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sale of Marijuana and one count of fifth-degree Criminal Possession of Marijuana. Police seized marijuana, cash, scales, drug paraphernalia and several cell phones.<\/p>\n<p>Hazard was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $2,500 to appear Nov. 20.
