Rounds, Library Manager<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(Morrisville, NY \u2013 Nov. 2015) Be sure to join us Thursday Dec. 3 for Essential Oils at 6:30pm.\u00a0 Join Robin Suarez as she helps us to better our lives naturally.\u00a0 Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in flowers, seeds, bark, roots and other parts of plants. They are powerfully fragrant. They have been used throughout history for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Join us for Tai Chi Chuan Class Monday Dec. 7 at 6:30pm. The group is facilitated by Morrisville State College Professor, William Snyder.\u00a0 New people are welcome at any time.\u00a0 Best part, it\u2019s free.\u00a0 If you can\u2019t make this day, join them on Dec. 14.<\/p>\n<p>Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour is in full swing.\u00a0 Bring your preschool child on Tuesday Dec. 8 at 10am as we will be reading about puppies and kittens.\u00a0 Stories, finger plays, rhymes, crafts and more. If you cannot make that day, join us the following week on Tuesday Dec. 15 for stories about penguins.<\/p>\n<p>Join us on Wednesday Dec. 9 for our final book talk of the year.\u00a0 We will be talking about The Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline at 1:00pm.\u00a0 Copies can be picked up now.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday Dec. 11 join us for Annual Open House from 5:00-8:00pm.\u00a0 Come see what theme we chose this year for our Christmas tree.\u00a0 Eat some yummy goodies.\u00a0\u00a0 Be sure to sign up for your chance to win our \u201cElf on a Shelf\u201d book.\u00a0 We will be giving it away before Christmas.\u00a0 We are also changing it up this year.\u00a0 Come see Santa, participate in either the cookie swap, ornament swap or both.\u00a0 The kids can watch some Christmas movies, make some ornaments and see Santa too.\u00a0 Lots of fun for the ENTIRE family.<\/p>\n<p>Bring the family in for our holiday tradition on Friday Dec. 18 at 7:00pm. \u00a0We will be showing the movie, The Polar Express. We will provide the hot cocoa and cookies, &amp; other magical effects; REMEMBER to wear your PJ\u2019s..<\/p>\n<p>We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dec. 2015 Programs at Morrisville Public Library<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>LIBRARY CLOSURES:\u00a0 <\/strong>The library will be closing <strong>at 4pm on Thursday Dec. 24<\/strong> and will not reopen <strong>until Monday January 4, 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Giving Tree Fundraiser:\u00a0 <\/strong>Shop for the library this holiday season now until<strong> Saturday Jan. 30<\/strong>.\u00a0 We have several items the library needs.
