Curnow has been named Executive Director. With more than 30 years of administrative experience in operations management, regulatory compliance, and program development in the nonprofit sector and more than two decades as faculty in higher education in various areas of health, Curnow is sure to provide HealthNet with remarkable guidance and success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful that Herkimer County HealthNet\u2019s new Executive Director has a wealth of knowledge and experience in various areas of health and human services that will prove to be beneficial to Herkimer County HealthNet,\u201d said Kate Reese, Herkimer County HealthNet\u2019s Board Chair. \u201cWe know Tom to be strategic and proactive with community leaders and are confident that HealthNet\u2019s services and programs will grow and continue to be a tremendous success under his leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Curnow has a Doctor of Education Degree from Syracuse University. His past employment positions include Chief Operations Officer of\u00a0Cerebral Palsy\u00a0of Westchester County\u00a0as well as leadership positions with other nonprofit organizations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI look forward to working with the Board of Directors and staff to create new opportunities to improve the health and wellness of Herkimer County residents,\u201d Curnow said. \u201cOur success has been based on the community partnerships that Herkimer County HealthNet has established over the years.
