Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour is in full swing.\u00a0 Bring your preschool child on Tuesday January 19 at 10am as we will be reading about going to the zoo.\u00a0 Stories, finger plays, rhymes, crafts and more. Can\u2019t make that day then join us again on Tuesday Jan. 26 for stories about \u201cThis Little Piggy.\u201d<\/p>\n
Tai Chi Chuan is back on Monday Jan. 25 at 6:30pm.\u00a0 Join MSC Professor, Bill Snyder, as he shares with you various techniques of this art form.\u00a0 They are always looking for new people so stop in today.\u00a0 They meet every Monday until June.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday Jan. 27 join us for the \u201cMyPlate\u201d Presentation at 1:00pm. Join Anna Kortright, a nutritionist with Eat Smart New York (ESNY) as she shows us \u201cMyPlate.\u201d\u00a0 Participants will learn about MyPlate which has replaces the food pyramid.\u00a0 There will be a discussion on healthy eating, serving sizes etc. as well as a game and a delicious sample of a healthy recipe.\u00a0 Participants will receive a beautiful 2016 nutrition and fitness calendar full of recipes and healthy living tips. On Friday Jan. 29 we will be having our Family Movie Night at 7:00pm. We are showing The Minions Movie.\u00a0 If you haven\u2019t seen it, you will want to.\u00a0 Bring the family in for this great movie.\u00a0 We provide the popcorn; just bring your own beverage.<\/p>\n
The Library Board will meet on Thursday Jan.21 at 6:30pm in the library\u2019s program room.\u00a0 The public is welcome to attend.<\/p>\n
