He currently serves on numerous community boards representing agricultural agencies, medical partnerships, and economic development stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Rogers earned his Ph.D. in labor economics, collective bargaining, and econometrics from the SUNY College of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University. He also holds a master\u2019s degree from Cornell University and a bachelor\u2019s degree from the University of Massachusetts.<\/p>\n<p>Also speaking during the program are Pro Football Hall of Famer Floyd Little, who will present \u201cHow to Think Like an Entrepreneur,\u201d and Mary Branham, president of Pivotel, LLC, who will talk about \u201cBuilding Values and Roots of an Entrepreneur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Upon retirement from the Denver Broncos in 1976, Little was a television commentator on\u00a0NBC Sports, and later made the transition from star athlete to successful businessman. From 1977 to 1979, he received formal training while attending the Ford Motor Executive Management Training Program where he participated in extensive seminars and in-field training in the areas of sales, marketing, accounting, finance and purchasing.<\/p>\n<p>Branham, who lives in Oxford, is part owner and president of a small certified women-owned telecom business.
