Levy has joined the firm as a partner.\u00a0 Levy will be practicing mainly at the Cazenovia office and the Fabius office, by appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Levy concentrates his practice in estate planning, real estate, business and municipal law.\u00a0 He has extensive experience helping clients plan their estates, purchase residential and commercial real estate, form and manage businesses, and advise municipalities on zoning and land use issues.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Stokes &amp; Levy PLLC, Levy worked as a tax specialist in Manhattan representing financial service clients on a range of compliance and consulting issues. Most recently, he practiced with a law firm in Syracuse.\u00a0 He is also a town attorney.<\/p>\n<p>Levy received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.<\/p>\n<p>He is a member of the Lions club and serves on several community boards.\u00a0 He resides in Manlius with his wife Jill, also an alumnus of Syracuse University College of Law, and their two daughters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Cazenovia, NY \u2013 Feb. 2016) Stokes &amp; Levy PLLC has announced that Mark N.
