Children\u00a0must turn 4 on or before December 1, 2016 to be eligible for enrollment.<\/p>\n<p>Registration dates are:<\/p>\n<p>Oneida: Friday, March 18, from 8-10 a.m., noon-2 p.m., and 4-6 p.m. at Willard Prior Elementary School<\/p>\n<p>Morrisville-Eaton: Wednesday, March 23, from 6-7 p.m. at Edward Andrews Elementary\u00a0School<\/p>\n<p>Parents must bring to registration: their children\u2019s birth certificates and immunization records as well as\u00a0proof of residency in the district (a current mortgage statement, lease agreement or utility bill, for\u00a0example). Parents are encouraged to register now so children can participate in orientation programs. It is\u00a0not necessary for children to attend this registration.<\/p>\n<p>Application packets are available at your local elementary school or by visiting www.moboces.org.<\/p>\n<p>Madison-Oneida BOCES offers a high-quality early education program to students in participating school\u00a0districts. Classes are led by certified teachers and teaching assistants\/aides.
