Garnett, age 23 from 23 Main Street Apt. # 3 in Philadelphia, NY for Assault 1<sup>st<\/sup> degree, a class \u201cB\u201d felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor.\u00a0 The six-week-old victim was transferred to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse where he is listed in critical condition with a severe brain injury.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation is continuing tonight.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Thursday, February 25, 2016 at approximately 1:34 a.m. State Police responded to 23 Main Street Apartment #3 in Philadelphia, NY for a reported six-week-old child not breathing and bleeding from the nose.
