We will be joined by Mark Leuthauser, Executive Director of The Peace Maker Program, Inc., and organization based in Utica that focuses on providing inclusive, innovative approaches to resolve conflict and achieve positive outcomes for children, families and the community. Mark will be leading us in a training to help us all better listen and solve problems with lasting solutions. We all know how high stress situations relating to our professional, farm and family can be. Especially in farm life when work and family issues are so intertwine. You won\u2019t want to miss this training!<\/p>\n<p>Feel free to bring a friend! This is open to all women in Madison and surrounding counties, farming or interested in agriculture, who would like to attend. I look forward to seeing you at our office in Morrisville next week.
